UD students are back, which means WE are back with donuts and a friendly hello at Duck In on Wednesday mornings, 9-11am on Calvary’s front lawn. One UD sports team that became acquainted with us last year has already been looking for us! Come help us bless people as they walk by, no strings attached.
Young people and their families enjoyed crafts, singing, games, and goodies at two Sunday gatherings at nearby parks. We will meet for one more Sunday afternoon, see our Facebook post for information.

Some of Calvary’s young people had a great time at our ABCOPAD camp this summer, and grew closer to each other and God. Their cost was subsidized thanks to your faithful giving to Calvary. Youth leader Kyle West spent much of July there volunteering as well.

On June 1, our youth group celebrated the end of another school year on the church front lawn with the games, an inflatable slide, and food. Our youth group program, led by Kyle West with the help of other volunteers, impacted 29 unique students over the 2021-2022 program year with 41 total events/meetings.

Join us on Wednesday evenings, starting June 8. Back by popular demand, we will have simple worship and fellowship on the church lawn at 6:30 pm. It will be a no-frills gathering to enjoy being outdoors together and worship God. This part will be in-person only and not livestreamed. Bible study in the fellowship hall will follow at 7:15; this will be hybrid with the ability to join via Zoom at zoom.us/j/3023684904. Come to one or both as you can.

On Saturday morning, a handful of Calvary members helped declutter and organize several areas of the church. You never know what you’ll find! Thanks to Pastor Christine for helping organize and also cooking lunch for the volunteers.
On Saturday night, mothers in the church enjoyed the opportunity to have a full meal cooked and served for them along with some self-reflection time. Many thanks to Pastor Christine who came up with the idea and did the planning and cooking.
